  • Service Providers: Software support partners, including Taxi Alliance Software Limited and Coolnagour Limited t/a iCabbi.
  • Drivers/Operators: Relevant booking info (name, location, destination) is shared with drivers to complete your ride.
  • Law Enforcement: If required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

historyStoring & Retention

Data is stored on secure servers. If we transfer data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (like Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

We generally keep your Personal Data for as long as you use the App, and for a period of 7 years after account deletion to comply with legal and tax requirements.
